    We are seeking a Quality Analysis Support 2 for our Canoga Park, CA location.


    The selected candidate will perform assignments requiring application of Industry Quality Configuration Operations practices and principles supporting multiple programs. Position requires extensive computer data input and requires the candidate to be proficient with computers.

    Essential Job Functions (Including % of Time for Each)

    Working under general supervision:


    70% - Performs data input from source documents into area database and retrieval of menu defined reports at scheduled intervals.


    10% - Prepares internal documentation for configuration requirements specific to a team or project.


    5% - Maintains files or other data records.


    5% - Reviews input data to determine accuracy and integrity of data.


    5% - Assists in implementation of configuration management requirements.


    5% - Interfaces and coordinates with other organizational functions on routine matters.


    Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 2 years of related experience.


    US Citizenship required. Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance at the appropriate level (U.S. Citizenship required). Must also be able to satisfy federal government requirements for access to government information, and having dual citizenship may preclude you from being able to meet this requirement.


    Additional Requirements and Preferred Qualifications:

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) is needed.
    • Expertise with PTC Windchill and manufacturing planning (Delmia) desired.
    • Working knowledge of Quality Configuration Operations practices and principles also desired.


    Work Environment/Physical Requirements:

    Employees in these positions must possess mobility to work in a standard office setting and to use standard office equipment, including a computer; stamina to sit or stand and maintain attention to detail despite interruptions; may occasionally lift/carry/push/pull up to 25 pounds; may require occasional walking, climbing, stooping, crouching, and/or bending; and vision to read printed materials and a computer screen, and hearing and speech to communicate in person and over the telephone. May require the ability to travel by air or auto. May require the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, safety shoes, and shop coat. These positions may be expected to work varying shifts and hours to ensure successful operation of activities in the organization.
