Aerojet Rocketdyne Coleman Aerospace is looking for a Director of Contracts Administration for its Orlando, FL location.
The Director of Contracts Administration will be responsible for contracts and new business contractual functions. The position will be responsible for providing executive leadership and management of department resources to ensure the achievement of the division’s business plans and objectives. The position will also be responsible for the division’s overall plans and policies for contracts. A principal responsibility will be to ensure the company’s best interests are protected through quality of contract management throughout the organization, including processes and analysis to support business decisions and providing informative reports to the entire senior management team.
25% - Provide direction and oversight for the Contracts discipline.
20% - Interact with senior leadership and others concerning matters of significance to the organization.
10% - Establish contracts policies and recommends modifications to organization-wide policies and practices.
10% - Personally engage to ensure solid program-level contractual performance. This includes ensuring timely and accurate reporting to customers.
10% - Take initiative with ideas and actively help lead the company regarding strategic and tactical management issues.
10% - Participate in strategy development to maximize the company’s win strategy on proposals.
5% - Participate with the General Manager and the senior management team in preparing presentations for top executives and customers.
5% - Understand and analyze divisional performance and customer relationships.
5% - Personally engage in establishing new business strategies.

US Citizenship required. Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance at the appropriate level (U.S. Citizenship required).
