We are seeking a Senior Communications Analyst - Graphic Designer for our Canoga Park (Los Angeles), CA office.
This position may be filled at this level or at one level higher.
The successful individual will perform work under limited general direction:
40% - Develop strategic branding and advertising campaigns with executives and COE leads. Work with Communications team and other internal managers to develop graphic and creative marketing materials and branding elements to increase the effectiveness of internal and external messages.
40% - Coordinate with clients requesting graphic design or layout work; develop ideas; suggesting new or modifying existing ideas.
10% - Prepare printing specifications for print vendors; obtain bids and select appropriate vendor; maintain contact with vendors to ensure adherence to time schedules and specifications.
10% - Coordinate production with vendors; review proofs and printing for adherence to specifications; determine if quality standards have been met.
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate discipline and 6 years of experience in a directly related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
US Citizenship required. Must also be able to satisfy federal government requirements for access to government information, and having dual citizenship may preclude you from being able to meet this requirement.
