    We are currently seeking a Project Management Analyst to join our team in Camden, Arkansas. As a member of the program management team, this individual will support program managers. This support will consist of executing assigned program required tasks, tracking components on the production floor, performing various analysis (primarily using Excel), assisting in forecasting motor shipments, performing research to answer customer questions, limited customer interface, assisting in responding to customer request for information/quotes, and reviewing and correcting customer STAMPs (configuration control).

    Essential Job Functions (Including % of Time for Each)

    80% - Execute certain program tasks such as tracking program progress and suggesting project changes based on analysis of results, new legislation, contractual or departmental changes. Conduct meetings with management, individual contributors and customer. Create and deliver successful presentations to program managers, management and customers. Represent the department to other departments and agencies, and interface with other functional groups. Write program reports and other business memos.

     

    20% - Support program planning, risk management assessment, scheduling and resource management, and earned value and financial activities of programs of varied size and complexity. Oversee program development and process flow through the production process. Track work in progress.

    Requirements

    Requires a Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline and two (2) years of directly related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 

     

    US Citizenship Only Required. Dual Citizenship does not meet job qualifications. Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance at the appropriate level.

     

    Desirable Qualifications:

    General knowledge of Manufacturing, Engineering, Financial Management, Business Development and/or Supply Chain and Materiel Management practices.

     

     

    Work Environment/Physical Requirements:

    Employees in these positions must possess mobility to work in a standard office setting and to use standard office equipment, including a computer; stamina to sit or stand and maintain attention to detail despite interruptions; may occasionally lift/carry/push/pull up to 25 pounds; may require occasional walking, climbing, stooping, crouching, and/or bending; and vision to read printed materials and a computer screen, and hearing and speech to communicate in person and over the telephone. May require the ability to travel by air or auto. May require the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, safety shoes, and shop coat. These positions may be expected to work varying shifts and hours to ensure successful operation of activities in the organization.
