We are seeking a Test and Inspection Supervisor to support our Camden, AR facility. This individual will be considered a key element of the Quality organization's leadership team. As a leader, you will have additional responsibilities beyond the typical supervisory activities. These activities will test your management skills, your work efficiency and the dynamics of problem solving.
Directly supervisors unionized hourly employees performing quality inspection duties:
50% - Reviews inspection and production schedules and manpower resources. Assigns and manages employees to maximize inspection objectives, maintain quality and attain output requirements.
20% - Assures conformance to product specifications and workmanship standards.
20% - Participates in establishing and modifying inspection methods and processes by recommending changes in materials, equipment and procedures.
5% - Maintains a variety of reports, records and inspection documentation to reflect schedules, performance and methods.
5% - Establishes training plans and assures appropriate training is delivered as required.
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate discipline and 5 years progressive experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
US Citizenship required. Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance at the appropriate level (U.S. Citizenship required). Must also be able to satisfy federal government requirements for access to government information, and having dual citizenship may preclude you from being able to meet this requirement.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
The work environment may require a combination of indoor and outdoor activity (hot, cold, wet, humid conditions) with a varied amount of walking, standing, sitting, climbing (i.e. ladders, stair, scaffolding, ramps), balance (maintaining body equilibrium to prevent falling when walking, standing, or crouching on narrow, slippery, or erratically moving surfaces), bending, reaching, handling/fingering (seizing, holding, grasping, turning picking, pinching), stooping, kneeling, crouching and ability to lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 pounds. While performing the duties of this job, employees may work around variable noise levels. May require the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, safety shoes, and shop coat. May also be required to work in a standard office setting and to use standard office equipment, including a computer. Some employees may be required to drive between various locations within the Company facility.
