Aerojet Rocketdyne is seeking an Information System Security Officer (ISSO) for our Camden, AR facility. Under general supervision, the ISSO is responsible for ensuring the appropriate operational security posture is maintained for an information system (IS) and as such, works in close collaboration with the Information System Security Manager (ISSM). The ISSO shall have the detailed knowledge and expertise required to support security compliance aspects of an IS and, in Aerojet Rocketdyne facilities, is assigned responsibility for the day-to-day security operations of a system. Responsibilities also include physical and environmental protection, personnel security, incident handling, and security training and awareness. In close coordination with the ISSM, the ISSO plays an active role in monitoring a system and its environment of operation, managing and controlling changes to the system, and assessing the security impact of those changes to further advise the ISSM.

The role of Senior Manager, Executive Administrator - CEO Staff Lead is a rotational assignment providing exposure and experience working with the executive leadership team and its core processes. The opportunity is posted as a developmental opportunity with anticipated assignment duration of approximately two years. The CEO Staff Lead will be responsible for managing and executing the CEO and President’s agenda and work flow as the CEO and President’s chief administrative staff member based in the Los Angeles office.
As a direct report to the CEO and President, this position will work closely with the executive staff and the program management office in managing the company’s business rhythm. The CEO Staff Lead will have responsibility for capturing and monitoring leadership action items to support business execution.
Typical duties include driving preparation and execution of leadership engagements to include, weekly CEO staff meeting, site visits, operating reviews, customer and agency meetings and visits, etc. Additionally, the incumbent will work with executive staff members to prepare periodic and ad hoc content for communication and presentation to a wide variety of audiences to include staff, customers, agencies and the AJRD Holdings board of directors. The incumbent will lead internal and external meeting preparation and advance detail to maximize the effectiveness of CEO and senior leader time and schedules.

This position supports the Aerojet Rocketdyne’s Avionics Engineering organization and reports to the Director of Avionics Integration and Test. The position requires the candidate to perform an array of process and technical related managerial duties in support of a variety of Avionics product test support projects. We are seeking an Associate Engineer, Systems Analysis for our Huntsville, AL office.
In this position, the entry-level engineer will work with senior engineers within Mission Architecture Engineering to conduct integrated vehicle / propulsion system studies to develop concept designs for new propulsion and advanced technology systems. The engineer will perform preliminary sizing, performance, and optimization analyses, model the system architecture, and create documents to communicate results and conclusions. This individual will mentor under the senior engineers to develop the necessary design skills required to analyze and create system designs.
