Aerojet Rocketdyne is seeking an Occupational Health Nurse to join our growing facility in Camden, Arkansas.
The successful individual will work under general direction, coordinates and provides occupational health nursing services in accordance with accepted nursing practices and physician's standing orders. Provides and coordinates medical evaluations and treatments in emergency and non-emergency situations. Initiate coordination of workers' compensation program in accordance with Arkansas regulations. Provides and coordinates return to work programs. Assist in the disability case management process by maintaining compliance with ADA, AA and FMLA. Works with direct supervisors to implement appropriate safety and health programs for the prevention of injuries and illnesses in the work place. Provides training programs related to emergency response, safety and OSHA mandated programs such as CPR/ AED/First Aid, Blood borne Pathogen and Respiratory Protection. Assist in site specific environmental, health and safety events and programs.

We are seeking a Principal Chief Engineer to join our facility in Canoga Park, CA (Los Angeles area). In this role, you will serve as the Commercial Crew Test Capability (CCtCap) Program Chief Engineer (PCE) to provide technical leadership for all aspects of the CCtCap program.
The Program Chief Engineer has single-point accountability for meeting program technical objectives and manage the technical team with support as needed from Project Engineers to ensure that requirements are achieved, technical risks are identified, and mitigation plans are executed within schedule and budget constraints.
The program includes design maturation of the complete service module propulsion system. The program involves design activity, fabrication and assembly, development and qualification testing of system components, and hot fire support of individual thrusters and service module assemblies including a Pad Abort Test, Orbital Flight Test (unmanned) and Crewed Flight Test prior to production. The program PCE plays a key role in ensuring 100% Mission Success through rigorous application of technical decision making and leveraging engineering discipline capability.
Responsibilities include coordination of engineering organization resource deployment, determination of CCtCap engineering organization structure to meet program goals, working with the program office to ensure accurate resource demands, integration of resources into the program, monitoring status of Technical Performance Measures, and execution of the Engineering Review Board processes. The Chief Engineer represents Engineering within the program management team, chairs the Engineering Review Board, is the Cost Account Manager (CAM) for engineering on the program, and serves as the technical interface with external customers. This position ensures appropriate application of Engineering standard work and performance and quality of product requirements for all phases of the program from design analysis & definition, requirements verification, assembly and to post-delivery product support efforts.
