In this role, typical duties include: Plans, conducts, and provides technical Systems Engineering direction on projects or major phases of significant project assignment, coordinating the efforts of technical support staff in the performance of assigned projects. Uses advanced Systems Engineering techniques in the management of requirements and risk for developing rocket propulsion systems. Assesses the feasibility and soundness of proposed engineering evaluation tests, products or equipment when necessary data are insufficient or confirmation by testing is advisable. Develops solutions to complex systems engineering problems which require the use of ingenuity and creativity. Work is reviewed at extended intervals for desired results and achievement. Contacts include interacting with team leadership and customer personnel on technical matters often requiring coordinated activity across organizational lines.

We are seeking a Welder Journeyman for our Canoga Park, CA location. Union position. 2nd shift.
Responsible for welding various metals of Company products, fixtures, test stands, industrial structures, tooling and related equipment, components and product parts by using available welding processes including manual fusion welding and by mechanized or automated processes, including laser, in-place-tube, robotic welding, plastic welding and torch brazing to do longitudinal and circumferential welding of assemblies. Cutting various metals by oxyacetylene and plasma arc, plasma spray welding and plasma welding. Welder is responsible for setup, and that the weldments meets the external and internal requirements of the applicable weld specification.

Aerojet Rocketdyne is seeking a Senior Analyst, Materiel Program Management (MPM) to join our team in Redmond, Washington.
MPMs provide Supply Chain/Materiel Management (SC/MM) representation and leadership in support of Business Unit and Business Development activities. They are responsible for effectively leading the SC/MM functional organization to integrate strategies, plans, and processes into the Program Management plan. They work directly with Program Management and act as the primary customer contact for the Supply Chain portion of program activities. The Material Program Managers lead SC/MM and cross functional personnel in the identification and mitigation of risks, establishment of milestone, monitoring and adherence to integrated master plans and schedules, and identification and resolution of problems on assigned programs. They administer the supplier base monitoring supplier quality and delivery performance for early identification of problem areas and develop/coordinate viable solutions. The MPMs are responsible for the cost, schedule, and technical performance of assigned programs; the development of proposals including Priced Bills of Material and direct labor, support negotiations of contracts, coordination of SC/MM activities and management of program budgets. They may participate or lead program review sessions with customers and discuss supply chain cost, schedule, and technical performance; act as the primary interface to management for the execution of assigned programs.

The Manufacturing Technician 1 will join an exceptional cross-functional team of engineers and technicians to fabricate components and assemble them into the most advanced solid rocket systems in the world. Aerojet-Rocketdyne is an industry leading supplier of missile components to the government for use in national defense. This position will be located at our growing facility in Camden, Arkansas.
This is an entry-level position that may perform functions such as fabrication of components, clean and assemble equipment, cleans tools, parts, and work area, operate machinery. Mixes or processes propellant materials for casting. Pressure tests, bonds, assembles, paints, precision part clean, mix adhesives, torques fasteners, and all other duties and tasks required to complete propellant mixes for casting. Maintains records for manufactured products. Works safely while producing a high quality product and maintaining a clean and orderly work area.
