This position has responsibility for all administrative functions for the Aerojet Rocketdyne Program Office, reporting directly to the Sr. Manager for Human Space Programs and supporting project leaders, Sr. Manager of Programs and the Director of Orion Programs. He/she will require strong analytical and critical thinking skills with ability to manage multiple time‐dependent tasks, and be committed to meeting deadlines with accuracy and proficiency. He/she will compile, edit and prepare powerpoint presentations, financial reports, coordinate team meetings, complete and submit expense reports, host risk management discussions.
Additionally, he/she will participate in and lead miscellaneous projects or initiatives as needed. Successful candidate must possess solid grasp of the Microsoft software suite, sharepoint administration and database management. Customer service skills are essential for this position. This is a demanding position and may require extended hours and significant coordination of internal and external customers as well as visitors and special events. He/she will interface with various departments and teammates, including executive level personnel. The successful individual will need to solve problems with limited direction, display a high degree of initiative and effectively communicate with personnel at all levels of the company. Additionally, this position will handle confidential and company-sensitive information with considerable discretion, judgment, tact and diplomacy. Manages multiple tasks simultaneously and rapidly adapts to changing circumstances.

We are currently seeking a Level 1 Assembly/Test Inspector who ideally has aerospace experience working with electromechanical space flight components, assemblies and systems. IPC electrical fabrication experience is highly desirable. This is a first shift position that typically works Mondays-Thursdays from 5:30am-4:00pm, but candidates must be willing and available to work other shifts or overtime as needed to meet production schedules. This position will be located in our Redmond, Washington facility.
