The position may receive requests for support from the Redmond site General Manager, site Business Development senior manager, product area directors, and/or proposal managers.   Position Overview:  This position is responsible to provide proposal process expertise, guidance and significant hands-on support on Redmond’s satellite and spacecraft propulsion proposals for US Government and Prime customers. Primary responsibility is to support new business proposals, properly tailoring and applying ARs standard proposal process. Redmond experiences a high number of short-notice, rapid-turn RFPs for lower dollar amounts (new business and follow-on), which requires a tailored/abbreviated proposal process to minimize proposal development cost. Most proposals are pricing/cost volumes with technical or additional information attached.
